Project Spec Sheet:
UMN Campus Wide Roof Replacement
This project was comprised of four roof replacements on Appleby Hall, Anderson Hall, the Animal Services Building, and the Transportation and Safety Building. The project was procured as four separate contracts, each with its own challenges and requirements. Coordination was required with multiple stakeholders, including the Minneapolis Park Board, to successfully complete the work. Each project was strategically scheduled using two separate roofing crews to complete all four buildings within the University’s ideal timeline.
Each building’s needs were assessed, and work plans were created based upon the existing infrastructure and building occupancy.
