Trillium Woods is a LifeCare CCRC retirement community designed for adults age 55 and older. It is located on 46 acres and built along a new extension of Cheshire Parkway with hilly woodlands, wetlands, lake and golf course views. The community offers 14 residential floor plans for 195 semi-custom apartments ranging from 600 SF single bedroom units to 1,800 SF three bedroom units. The luxury apartments are accompanied by underground parking, a full commons area including an indoor pool, exercise areas for aerobics, a library, an auditorium and multiple dining venues which are available to the residents.
