Piccadilly Square

This project included construction of a new, $11,000,000 senior housing complex. The building consists of 79 affordable senior housing units that help address critical housing needs. Piccadilly Square is wood frame construction over top of a pre-cast concrete and masonry underground parking garage. The infill nature of the project re-uses and improves on the existing municipal infrastructure.

An outdoor public plaza and an indoor community gathering space allow places that embrace the community beyond its own resident population. In addition, pedestrian and bike amenities enhance connections to an existing regional trail network.
