Hennepin County Human Services & Public Health Department

This project consisted of a 25,000 SF Interior Renovation that created an Office and Human Services Hub for Hennepin County. Centrally located in Downtown Minneapolis, this project was specifically designed for prospective clients interviewing to access a full range of financial, social and public health services. A Day Care and WIC: Women, Infants and Children Nutrition Program Office were also included in this new space. A unique situation involved fixing existing code issues pertaining to fire wall ratings, door hardware and other fixtures. Loeffler Construction & Consulting emphasized and enabled clear communication with all Hennepin County vendors and the client to facilitate a successful project.
