The Data Center Modernization project for this client included provisions for temporary roads, parking areas, and site access as well as the final build-out of 15,000 SF of existing interior space. Interior work included excavation, duct banks, structural slabs, metal framed walls, doors/frames/hardware, overhead doors, drywall, painting, epoxy flooring, access flooring, sprinkler system modifications, plumbing, and HVAC for UPS and Battery Rooms as well as the addition of (10) 130 Ton data center air handling units for a new Point of Delivery area expansion.
