As the new administrative home for the College of Food, Agriculture, and Natural Rescources (CFANS), this design-build project provided new office space, restrooms, a kitchenette, and conference/teaching space for the University of Minnesota Outreach, Research, and Education (UMore) Park located on a 4,772-acre property in Rosemount, MN. Constructed of masonry foundation and wood framing, this new administrative building provides a permanent home for CFANS outreach to local farmers as they continue ongoing agricultural research at UMore Park.

Specific project details include fiber cement siding, natural gas furnaces with easy conversion to LP, fiber optic technology for online teaching, dedicated septic system, and fresh water well.
