The Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa, and Turtle Mountain Tribal Arts Association selected Loeffler Construction & Consulting to build a new unique gallery showcasing the art and culture of the Ojibwa, Mandan, Hidatsa, Arikara, and Sioux artists of North Dakota. This space, located within the Magic City Artspace Development will exhibit, sell and host Native American workshops. The Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians (Ojibwe Language: Mikinaakwajiw-ininiwag) is a Native American Tribe of Ojibwa and Metis people, based on the Turtle Mountain Indian Reservation in Belcourt, North Dakota. This Native American Art Gallery and Resource Center will share information about the Tribes History, Reservation and Tribal Government as well as display items hand made items produced by artisan members of the tribe.
