The Adams

The Adams was part of the Minneapolis Portfolio Project (MP3), which serves individuals who have experienced extended homelessness. Loeffler served as the owner’s representative for the substantial renovation of upgrading all 10 properties within the MP3 project.

As an owner’s representative, Loeffler helped keep this project on schedule and aided Aeon in managing the contingency budget to maximize the upgrades of The Adams within the allocated funding.

The renovation involved both interior and exterior work including upgrades to the roof, new flooring, fixtures, and electrical systems.
