Project Spec Sheet: 

The City of Minot invited Artspace to build a new 34-unit artist live/work development at the corner of Central Avenue and Main Street in the heart of downtown Minot, North Dakota. This $9.5 Million dollar development includes three commercial / retail spaces on the first floor. At four stories in height, this building has a combination of brick, rock-faced masonry and cement board siding and has a heated garage for residents. Community support of this project from local businesses and residents include contributions of more than $400,000 towards the planning efforts. First Floor Retail tenants include: Turtle Mountain Indian Museum, Minot Area Council for the Arts, and Children’s Music Academy.
