Exuberance Chiropractic & Wellness Center was growing and wanted to expand their practice within Lakeville to better serve their clientele. They approached Loeffler to serve as a Design-Build Partner to build out 1,200 SF of existing space for an additional chiropractic office.

The project included a light-filled lobby and reception area, patient rooms, a massage therapy room, rehabilitation area, as well as an office, kitchenette and restrooms.
