Loeffler has provided Wold Architects and Engineers with both a schematic design and design development estimates for the Denver County Jail in Denver, CO. The project includes demolition of interior walls to reconfigure the existing levels for the jail. New masonry walls will be placed to buildout the 6th and 7th floor that is currently unused. The areas will consist of new holding cells, open outdoor recreation areas, and office areas for employees and inmates.

Interior finishes, mechanical and electrical systems, and improvements to the building enclosure are the main scopes of work detailed in cost consulting. This project is designed to comply with a Certification Level within the LEED rating system.
