Our Partners

Loeffler provides consulting services throughout all the phases of your project in the areas of cost consulting, owner’s representation, program management, and project oversight. We also provide owners and developers with assistance with project financing, scheduling, procurement, project management, and project turnover. We are flexible in our assignments with a goal that centers around being a value added team member. Our approach to cost consulting is based on an ongoing relationship with the project team, assisting owners, architects, and construction managers with all phases of project planning. We help owners define the parameters of the project, and then monitor each decision that may affect cost and provide conceptual budgeting for all aspects of the project—going so far as to estimate for pre-design services or feasibility studies.

We are proud to work with these amazing partners.

Client Testimonial

"Loeffler Construction is working with us on a historic property. At the start of the project, they went above and beyond to learn about the property and to understand it's construction. They ensured we had all the mock-ups needed for final SHPO approval of the project."
